Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING:

We currently ship within Canada and the United States. Items are shipped out within 1-3 business days from your order date. If your order is made on a weekend or holiday then it will be processed on the next business day. We offer flat rate shipping of $10 and Free Shipping for orders over $100 (before tax) within Canada. 

Orders to the U.S. have a flat rate shipping fee of $15 USD.

DELIVERY:

Canada - 4-7 business days

United States - 7-14 business days 

**NOTE**  We sincerely apologize for any delays in delivery as postal carriers have been overwhelmed with packages due to a surge of online shopping due to the Covid-19 pandamic. Please allow a few extra days for delivery at this time.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

Notice: Items purchased on discount are Final Sale and will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Returns or exchanges must be made within 21 days from the purchased date. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. 

The cost of a return is payable by the customer and will not be reimbursed by The Glitz Room. Please retain returns postage receipt until the item(s) have been fully refunded, in case the packaged is lost during shipping.

Returns will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to the original payment account.

Should the item(s) arrive damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately and send along with a photo of the product.
